About the Founders



Tim’s first career was in multinational corporate life for a major chemical company marketing specialty electronic materials. Fresh out of MBA school, he launched his career in Financial Planning and Analysis for WR Grace. After a few years of pushing numbers and occasionally poking fun at dreamy marketing colleagues, Tim moved into various positions in marketing, sales and sales management, ultimately wrapping up a 30-year career managing a $40 million-revenue business with a team of direct and distribution networks. While building his corporate career, Tim invested in residential real estate and taught college coursework in the areas of finance, corporate policy, marketing and economics. Tools and skills developed during his professionally formative years ultimately led to the launch of New Star Properties in 2015.

Before launching IRR, Chuck Thibedeau had already accumulated 30 years of real estate management experience in a wide range of commercial and multifamily residential units. At one time, he owned and managed over 100 residential units and managed property for some of the largest real estate operations in New England and Texas.

Launching IRR in 2017, the move capitalized on prior experience and focused on commercial property both from private investors as well as non-profit facilities. While private investors recognized Chuck’s unique commercial management capabilities; Chuck and the IRR team has been able to connect professional facilities and property management along with personal commitment to such outstanding service groups as Catholic Charities, Liberty House, Dismas House and organizations such as Swim With a Mission, Veterans Count and Families in Transition.

Tim and Chuck first met by chance at a ribbon cutting ceremony at Optima Bank in Bedford in 2015. Tim had just opened New Star and Chuck was in corporate life while exploring a launch of his own. Shortly, Chuck launched IRR and both entrepreneurs became good friends and sounding boards while their original businesses were built.

Tim serves as the President of Realty Management, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the organization. Meanwhile, Chuck, as the Chief Executive Officer, drives the overall strategic vision and growth initiatives, ensuring that Realty Management remains a leader in the industry. Together, they form a dynamic leadership team committed to excellence and client satisfaction.

Recognizing the compounded leverage of business strengths, New Star Properties and Integrated Realty Resources became the recognized trademarks of the new management company, Realty Management Partners, in 2025.
