Chuck Thibedeau, IRR founder and CEO of Realty Management, brings over 30 years of commercial management experience, where the mindset of the investor shapes all commercial management operations. - Client Retention – Keeping good tenants means paying attention to curb appeal, building services, and responsiveness to tenant concerns. IRR recognizes that lease renewals allow tenants to remain focused on their business while the building investor benefits from reduced turnaround costs and maintained occupancy rates. Keeping tenants happy with market-level leases is integral to overall investor performance.
- Vacancy Management – IRR’s primary objective, alongside retaining good tenants, is to minimize vacancy downtime. While the team ensures that vacant spaces are clean and well-maintained, we are also connected to a broad network of commercial brokers, each specializing in a particular type of commercial property, such as flex industrial, office, or retail. Brokers often have unique areas of focus, and some have developed geographical expertise over time. Although the RMP team, through its IRR trademark, does not solicit third-party brokerage contracts, we leverage our position by engaging the best brokerage resource for the specific space that needs to be filled.
